These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of WallMaxed – 4K Live Wallpapers ("WallMaxed") and any related services.
By downloading, installing, or using WallMaxed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WallMaxed solely for your own non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control.
2. Content and ownership
Wallpapers, artwork, animations, and other content available in WallMaxed remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or use the content outside of WallMaxed except where explicitly allowed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use WallMaxed in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app or its services
• Use automated tools to scrape or download large volumes of content
4. Purchases and subscriptions
If WallMaxed offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment and billing are processed exclusively by Apple through your Apple ID, in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms and policies. Prices, billing terms, and renewal details are presented at the time of purchase.
5. Disclaimer
WallMaxed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or always available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of WallMaxed.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of WallMaxed after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms do not override Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict, Apple’s standard EULA shall prevail.
